Returns & Exchanges (30 days)

This is our Seller voluntary store policy and does not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day Right of Withdrawal and your rights under Norwegian consumer law.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Item condition

  • Same condition as received: unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging.
  • Keep your order confirmation/receipt.

How to start a return

Return shipping & label

For change-of-mind/size returns, you pay return postage. You may request our prepaid label (we deduct the cost from your refund) or send with prepaid postage yourself. Unauthorised returns (sent without approval) may be refused.

Exchanges

Fastest method: place a new order and return the original once approved.

Damages, defects or wrong item (claims)

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. You can make a statutory claim within 2 years (or up to 5 years for goods expected to last significantly longer). Email your order number, description and photos/video. For approved claims we cover reasonable return costs and provide repair/replacement. If not resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or cancellation (for non-minor defects).

Exceptions to the 30-day policy

  • Custom/personalised items
  • Sealed hygiene items once unsealed
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items may be excluded (statutory rights still apply)

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds go to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after receipt (your bank/card may take longer). Original shipping is not refunded unless required by law. If the item shows use beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct for diminished value.

International returns

Mark the parcel “Returned goods”. Any customs/VAT or carrier clearance fees are paid by the customer. Unpaid charges billed to us may be deducted from the refund.
