Order processing

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.

Carrier & rates

  • We ship exclusively with Bring. Common services: Pickup point (Klimanøytral Servicepakke), Home delivery (where available) and Mailbox delivery for small items.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on method, weight/volume and destination.

Delivery timeframes (estimates)

  • Norway: typically 1–5 business days, depending on location and service. Remote areas may take longer.

  • Times are estimates; delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons or carrier issues.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a Bring tracking link by email/SMS when your order ships.

Customs & duties (only if we ship abroad)

  • For deliveries outside Norway, our prices exclude local taxes/charges (e.g., customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees). These are set by the destination country/carrier and are payable by the recipient upon import.

  • Within Norway, no customs/import fees apply.

Unclaimed/incorrect deliveries

  • Parcels returned to us as unclaimed (not related to the right of withdrawal) may be refunded minus our actual shipping costs outbound/return and any Bring fees.

  • Address changes after dispatch may be limited once the parcel is with Bring.

Damaged or missing items

  • Contact us as soon as possible if anything arrives damaged or missing. We’ll work with Bring and arrange a replacement or refund.
